Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. (For example: a record number that, when cross referenced or linked to another document, can identify that person. It includes any expression of opinion about an individual. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (called anonymous data)).

Usage of personal data:
We will only use individual’s personal information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use individual’s personal information in the following circumstances: Where we need to perform the contract, we have entered into with individuals (such as for paying individuals honorarium/incentives for participation)
Situations in which we will use individual’s personal information:

Data storage and retention

The appropriate retention period depends on the project and the type of information
In some circumstances we may anonymize individual’s personal information so that it can no longer be associated with individuals, in which case we may use such information without further notice to individuals. We will securely destroy individual’s personal information in accordance with retention period of the project and the type of information involved.
Right to withdraw consent
In the limited circumstances where individuals may have provided individual’s consent to the
collection, processing and transfer of individual’s personal information for a specific purpose,
